THE CHALLENGE
In many repair shops the diary is a notebook, job sheets are on paper, the quote gets rebuilt from scratch every time and customers' inspection dates live in the owner's memory, until one of them expires.
THE SOLUTION
The schedule shows who's coming in and when. Checking a car in opens the job with the quote already set up, lifts and spare parts update as the work moves forward, and vehicle deadlines become a list of calls to make, not something to remember.
