Only what you send us yourself through the "Contact us" form — name, email, company (optional), budget range and the message you write — or by writing to us directly via email.

The site requires no registration, uses no traffic analytics tools and collects no browsing data: your visit is not tracked (see the cookie policy).

For one purpose only: to reply to your request and, if you so wish, to prepare a proposal and manage any working relationship that follows. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

No unsolicited newsletters, no marketing, no profiling: your data is not used for any other purpose.

For as long as needed to handle your request and any relationship that follows. If nothing comes of it, the messages are deleted; if a collaboration begins, the data is kept for the duration of the relationship and for the periods required by legal obligations (for example, tax obligations).

With no one, with one technical exception: the providers that keep the site and our email running (hosting and email), who process the data on our behalf as data processors and with GDPR-compliant safeguards. The data is never sold or transferred to third parties.

You can ask us at any time for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability (artt. 15–21 GDPR): just send an email to info@devxx.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it).
