A demo of management software for a carpentry workshop working to order, with sample data. Jobs with quotes and production stages, materials with stock levels, deliveries and customers. It works in the browser.
THE CHALLENGE
Custom makers rebuild the quote from memory for every piece, follow production stages on a whiteboard, find out the material has run out halfway through a job and chase the deliveries they promised.
THE SOLUTION
Every piece is a job with a quote by type of work and stages moving from cutting to delivery. The bench shows what's in production right now, and materials are drawn down automatically, with a warning before they run out.
